News: Delain busy with new album and European Tour
The Gothic rockers Delain are hitting the big time. The rock project which was initiated by (ex-Within Temptation) keyboardist Martijn Westerholt are working on their new, second album, which is due for release on 6 February next year in the city of Zwolle.
The guitar and drum parts have already been recorded and the progress of the recording can be followed in detail via studio reports on the Delain website. The band was also invited to support German rockband Subway to Sally and the American prog-metal band Kamelot during their European tours, which will include shows in France, Switzerland, Spain and nine gigs in Germany. In 2006 Delain released their debut album Lucidity. The tour that followed will end this winter and included gigs at major Dutch festivals like Noorderslag, Fields of Rock and Lowlands.
