News: Dutch acts reign on Belgium festival Pukkelpop
Belgiums biggest alternative music festival Pukkelpop, held from the 14th till the 16th of August 2008, has reeled in some of the biggest names of Dutch Pop music to dominate their stages. One of the biggest and most prominent presented acts are the gothic metal heads of Within Temptation who will play on Friday, the second day of the festival. On the festival bill they are presented as the biggest act to play that day, after Metallica! De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, LeLe and aka The Junkies are booked for the first day of the festival on Thursday. The last day of the festival, Saturday, features performances by Junkie XL (photo), known for his remixes of famous international acts like Coldplay, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears, but mostly for his global number one hit, the remix of A Little Less Conversation by Elvis Presley. Metal band Epica closes the list of Dutch acts on Pukkelpop, also on Saturday.
