News: The Moi Non Plus last Dutch addition to SXSW festival
The Moi Non Plus, hailing from Amsterdam, are the final Dutch addition to the South By South West Festival in Austin, USA. The band will play three concerts with two on the same day. One will be a showcase organised by Vice Magazine and musicXport.nl, then later on during a showcase of the well-known American bookings agency Ground Control Touring.
MusicXport.nl is an organisation which supports Dutch bands with their international career. Six acts who will play SXSW this year get the full support of musicXport.nl, which is an initiated by Music Center The Netherlands and Buma Cultuur. Acts included are Le Le, Pete Philly & Perquisite, Kraak & Smaak, Lucky Fonz III, Monokino and The Moi Non Plus. In total ten Dutch bands will play SXSW showcase this year.
