News: Nemesea to play most extensive Greek Tour ever
After being the first band to raise $50.000 through the online crowd sourcing platform Sellaband and being the first to perform in omni surround, the Dutch rock formation Nemesea is once again on the forefront of a unique achievement. From April 22nd till May 1st 2010 Nemesea will play 9 consecutive gigs all over Greece. Never before has any other Dutch band done the same.
At the end of 2009 Nemesea was approached by a Greek promotor, after Greek fans brought Nemesea to his attention. Nemesea was booked for 4 gigs, but this number quickly grew to 9 and a television appearance as an option as well.
Keeping fans posted
Fans will be kept up to date of Nemesea's on tour experiences through online communities, Twitter, Youtube, and the bands' own blog on www.nemesea.com. Nemesea will post blogs, pictures, videos etc. as much as possible.
Tour diary
Within two months following the end of the tour the tour diary will be published through www.blurb.com. This will give fans an insight in the whole of the tour, from preparations to the last note played on stage. The diary will be put together out of (fan made) pictures, stories, fan testimonials and the like gathered during the tour. Fans are invited to help create the diary by making and sending in pictures taken during the gigs, making sure that the diary will be a combined effort by fans and Nemesea.
