On Wednesday November 11th Cloudmachine will be playing in the Melkweg, opening for the Danish band Mew.
On Saturday October 3rd Cloudmachine played 4 songs on national radio, in the wellknown program ‘Spijkers met Koppen’. The band received lots of response through sms, mail, twitter and phone.
The videoclip for their song Safe Haven, by one of Hollands most rewarded and versatile artists, Harrie Geelen, has been selected by the Holland Animation Film Festival. See the website of HAFF for more details. The band is very proud Harry wanted to work with them. Harrie Geelen is nominated for the prestigious Hans Christian Andersen Award 2010 (Denmark) and the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award 2010 (Sweden).

Last but not least, Ruud Houweling from Cloudmachine composed the music for the 4 part documentary The New York Connection. This series is based on the bestselling historic novel An Island At The Center Of The World by Russel Shorto, and is broadcasted on Dutch national television (September / October 2009). Marco Kuypers from Cloudmachine contributed to the production of the music. The series will also be released on DVD.
